Here are some examples of family-style sharing menus for each season with both meat/fish and vegetarian options, to give you a sense of the kind of food I love to cook.

Spring

  • Slow-cooked marinated leg of lamb with butterbeans & salsa verde

  • Spanakopita

  • Buttered Jersey Royals with mint / chargrilled asparagus

  • Twice-baked chocolate cake with softly whipped cream

Autumn

  • Pan-fried Chalk Stream Trout with wild mushrooms

  • Burrata with roasted Delice squash, chickpeas, crispy sage & toasted hazelnuts

  • Honey roasted root vegetables / lemon & garlic kale

  • Apple & blackberry crumble with homemade custard

Summer

  • Fillet of beef with horseradish crème fraiche
