My Story

In 2022 I became a private chef after working for 5 years in restaurant and corporate kitchens following my training at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. My time at Ballymaloe taught me the importance of where your food comes from, and this ethos has stayed with me throughout my career. Whether it’s in the South of France, a remote island in Maine, USA, or the Cotswolds, I’ll source the best local ingredients for you to enjoy, making friends with the butchers, fishmongers, and grocers.

I’m inspired by seasonal and local ingredients to create simple, fresh, and delicious food. I specialise in Ottolenghi-style family feasts and am a very calm, flexible & personable chef. I love bringing people together through food to create special memories.

I have travelled extensively for work and am very comfortable cooking in new environments and kitchens. I create bespoke menus for each client and can adapt to all dietary requirements and preferences.

I am based just outside of Newbury in West Berkshire but am happy to travel anywhere!
